There are plenty of ways you can help the animals patiently waiting for their new homes here at Scottsville.

* Volunteers are always welcome, but we do require our volunteers to be at least 16 years old, and no younger than 14 years old with a parent present. Please call the shelter and ask to speak with an Adoption Specialist to learn more about opportunities to volunteer with us.

*We always appreciate donations as well! The link below will take you to our wishlist. The most needed items are towels/blankets, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, kitty litter, and toys/stuffed animals for our pets to play with.
